Success Stories

We have worked with the EEF over the academic year 2015-16 to support their research on the Effective Deployment of Teaching assistants.  This project saw us work with over 70 schools to embed research informed practices within their schools.  We have developed a training programme to support and up-skill TAs in terms of both pedagogy and subject knowledge in English and maths.  The project has been very successful in terms of reach, change management and impact on pupils.

Our school to school support team work with school through an action plan process to ensure that long term, sustainable change is embedded.  This has been recognised by Ofsted in the following reports: school A, School B, School C, School D.  School E's report acknowledges the impact of the TA project
